Overview

I created The Healthcare Hustle Podcast with two friends of mine, Nygel & Brandon, as we all found ourselves as young administrators at a major academic medical center in the midwest. We desired a space in which we could talk with leaders that looked like us, outside the boardroom, about topics related to patients and colleagues that looked like us.

Taking advantage of our network, what started as a project highlighting the careers of leaders of color, grew into a platform that amplified all of the ways our communities are innovating .. and leading, to provide the care we need. Check out some of favorite episodes below, and full episodes here.
